ehhhh it's the 2nd time tat i'm trying to start a blog after the previous attempt in friendster blogs ended in quite a failure... but actually it's not tat i'm lazy to update my blog but it's just tat i dun quite like the friendster blogs layout and the function tat sends an email to every1 in my friendster account after each post. so if i tried to post everyday (though i dun tink i would be able to do it), it's like flooding every1's email. i tried to explore the settings to disable this function but couldn't find it so i just gave the whole thing up altogether. so here i am in this new blog site, which i found to be quite a popular choice for many pple.
just ORDed a week ago on thursday and on wednesday night, me and my fellow ORD personnels counted down to civilian life as we drank and talked cock in camp for the very last time. dunno y the more i drank the colder i became so i just went to lie down in bed and covered myself with the blanket all the way to my neck and then fell asleep just like tat.
then on friday was the ORD ceremony and dinner. i was late for the ceremony so i was in cv and was hiding at the back of the auditorium but still got spotted by the RSM and he insisted tat we go on stage to receive our ORD souvenir. really quite paiseh as all eyes were on us but no choice so we reluctantly went onto stage to receive our souvenir. after tat it was the OC COC and haha really felt quite good as for once i was not in the parade and was watching the parade from the back with my fellow ORDed personnels. but then CPT Greg seems to miss SP coy a lot and was giving a very long farewell speech. and then when his speech finally ended, CPT Kah Keng also wanted a farewell speech and then our dinner time was delayed again. haizzz by the time we went in for dinner, nothing much was left already...
haizzz but nvm lah. last day in camp already. dunno if i'll miss this place since i have fond as well as bad memories of it. still remember when i 1st came in, washing the toilets, cleaning the bunks, painting stuffs, then missing the RCC. and then missing it again... and then again and then again... the nights sleeping alone inside a 13-man bunk. then spending almost a year as a corporal but as a commander. kind of unique experience although i won't say it's a good experience. all the chao genging in the platoon hq during missions and ASPC... missing the plane to wallaby... and then finally returning as a sergeant after RCC. then ATEC stage 1, tat RECON 3 result... and then ATEC stage 2 and then NDP... haizzz but i tink when i look back i will still enjoy these memories lah...
