finally went out of my shell liao...

wah really soooooo long nv update this liao. wow almost 1 month already!!! ermmmm actually it's becos i've been leading a somewhat monotonous life recently. everyday wake up, wash up, eat, go online find job (or act as if i'm finding job), play game, dinner, play game then sleep. then next day, everything is repeated. tink today is the 1st time in a long while tat i went to the town area. met up with gary, ederwyn and some of ederwyn's frens for sakae sushi buffet. ermmm actually quite reluctant to go cos not much $$$ left. but long time nv meet them liao so just go lor. ehhhh guess this week i must try not to spend too much already. hopefully can keep it under $10 until sunday.

then last week went to the gym with lawrence. ran on the treadmill for 20 min (tat's the max. workout time). managed to run ard 2km+. dun dare to run too fast on the treadmill also. later end up like the person tat gary told me abt... then did the usual, chest press, biceps, abs, shoulder... wah very long time nv work out already. today body's still aching. haizzzz old already... hope can continue with this gym regime and try to tune my body back to somewhere near the condition before NS.

leaving for thailand trip in ard 2 weeks time. hope to find a temp job thru the new contacts...
